North Shore Maternity | Family of 3

Some days the land just shows up and this was one of those sessions.

This ended up being a gorgeous day with perfect light that magnified the beauty of this family. We started out getting some solo maternity portraits while their daughter explored.

With kids, especially younger ones, we are very often on the move and keeping them engaged. Picking flowers, playing with mom and dad and adventuring were all a great way to capture authentic moments of this family before they became a family of three.

While I feel plafyul truly does decribe my approach to sessions, I still like to embrace all facets of motherhood and these moments are meant to make everyone feel loved and beautiful.

And one of my absolute favorite things to do in sessions…is explore. It gets kids engaged and honestly its just a good time. Thankfully at a lot of the locations here on Oahu, there are so many different backdrops and places to explore in such a small place. Its truly paradise.
